Job Description:
- Analyze and evaluate the company’s business processes and identify areas that need to be developed
- Checking the results of the design and system whether it is in accordance with the requirements
- Evaluating business processes, anticipating requirements, looking for areas that can be developed and developing and implementing solutions
- Stay up-to-date on the latest processes and IT advancements to automate and modernize systems
- Hold meetings and presentations to share ideas and findings
- Communicating insights and plans to the relevant team and the management team
- Documenting and communicating the results of the work
- Ensuring the solution has completed the business needs and requirements
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis
- Planning and monitoring with regular checks on requirement
- Act as an intermediary between stakeholders and users

Requirements:
- Min. Bachelor’s Degree Major Computer Science, Information Technology and related.
- Have at least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position
- Strong analytical skills, great attention to detail, and good communication skills
- Familiar with more various ETL Tools, Cognos BI Tools, Microsoft Power BI tools
- Experience working on the project
- Good understanding of System Development Life-Cycle (SDLC) methodology
- Good understanding of business requirements, solutions design
- Exceptional analytical and conceptual thinking skills, Excellent documentation skills
- Able to interpret business processes in writing, speaking, or in UML flow diagrams
- Able to do GAP analysis
- Advanced problem-solving skills
