Job Description:

• Analyze and evaluate the company's business processes and identify areas that need to be developed
• Checking the results of the design and system whether it is in accordance with the requirements
• Evaluating business processes, anticipating requirements, looking for areas that can be developed and developing and implementing solutions
• Stay up-to-date on the latest processes and IT advancements to automate and modernize systems
• Hold meetings and presentations to share ideas and findings
• Communicating insights and plans to the relevant team and the management team
• Documenting and communicating the results of the work
• Ensuring the solution has completed the business needs and requirements
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis
• Planning and monitoring with regular checks on requirement
• Act as an intermediary between stakeholders and users

Requirements:

• Min. Bachelor’s Degree Major Computer Science, Information Technology and related.
• Have at least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position
• Strong analytical skills, great attention to detail, and good communication skills
• Familiar with more various ETL Tools, Cognos BI Tools, Microsoft Power BI tools
• Experience working on the project
• Good understanding of System Development Life-Cycle (SDLC) methodology
• Good understanding of business requirements, solutions design
• Exceptional analytical and conceptual thinking skills, Excellent documentation skills
• Able to interpret business processes in writing, speaking, or in UML flow diagrams
• Able to do GAP analysis
• Advanced problem-solving skills
