All Data International as one of the IT System Integrator in Indonesia that focusing on Data Solutions (Big Data Platform, Real-time Data Processing, Micro Services Solution, Advance Data Analytics: AI/ML, and Business Intelligence), is opening position for Engineer Development Program, for us to develop and nurture to be the best and preferred Engineer that can be relied-on by our Project Delivery team.

Responsibilities

  • Start with an induction program that teaches you about our businesses and builds on your knowledge of development methodologies.
  • Create and improve the design, analytics, coding and testing for high-quality solutions.
  • Own projects end-to-end, keeping teams and stakeholders up to speed on the progress of what's being developed.
  • Develop through on-going training, mentorship, and access to senior leaders.
  • Have a hunger to learn new technology and willing to make sacrifices to make progress on mastering the new technology.
  • Develop a habit to write, take notes and present on the progress that you have done.

 

Minimum Qualifications

  • A degree preferred in a technical field such as Information Technology, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
  • Foundational knowledge of Programming languages (e.g., Python, Java, JavaScript, C++, C#), Databases, Data Structures and Algorithms.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
  • Exceptional problem-solving ability.
  • Quick learner with a positive attitude.
  • Relevant internship experience and leadership in school or community organization.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Self-motivated and strong analytical skills.
  • Have attention to detail, prioritization skill and time management.
  • A strong team player who can maintain a strong relationship within the group.
