Responsibilities:
- Respond to inquiries from customers regarding product issues/problems.
- Escalate and coordinate to Engineer, to ensure problems/issues are handled immediately
- Create daily activity reports
- Ensure that the support provided is in accordance with the SLA.
- Providing Google Workspace support services.
Requirements:
- Min. Bachelor Degree in Computer Science/information Technology or equivalent (FRESH GRAD is welcome to apply).
- Have good knowledge in Linux (Ubuntu/Centos) Environment.
- Have knowledge about network and security concepts and tuning techniques and system performance configuration.
- Able to work both, individually and in the team.
- Eager to learn a new thing and have good attitude.
- Preferably male candidates
