Responsibilities:

  • Respond to inquiries from customers regarding product issues/problems.
  • Escalate and coordinate to Engineer, to ensure problems/issues are handled immediately
  • Create daily activity reports
  • Ensure that the support provided is in accordance with the SLA.
  • Providing Google Workspace support services.

 

Requirement:

  • Candidate is fresh graduated Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science/information Technology or equivalent.
  • Good Understanding of English both written and spoken
  • Have good knowledge and interested in Technology
  • Able to work both, individually and in the team.
  • Eager to learn a new things and have good attitude.
  • Willing work with shift system
  • Preferably male candidates
