- Respond to inquiries from customers regarding product issues/problems.
- Escalate and coordinate to Engineer, to ensure problems/issues are handled immediately
- Create daily activity reports
- Ensure that the support provided is in accordance with the SLA.
- Providing Google Workspace support services.
- Candidate is fresh graduated Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science/information Technology or equivalent.
- Good Understanding of English both written and spoken
- Have good knowledge and interested in Technology
- Able to work both, individually and in the team.
- Eager to learn a new things and have good attitude.
- Willing work with shift system
